Managed to get the digital clock working after a while which is nice and the web card is sorted
I have added them to the project page and I will link them here as well there is more that I could do to the clock but right now it will do.
I do need to figure out how to make better screen shots from the images to make them look..... better and not so blurry

I have found out something in the last few days tho... sites that can help me improve my web development skills, I found out via a YouTuber called Kevin Powell and he lists a few websites that can help with what I am currently going through. Its apparent that I understand HTML, CSS, and Javascript but being good at it is a different matter which practice will help with majorly also learning more code practices.
After all if I want to be a web developer I will need to learn more.
